Shipping & Return Policy

Your order will ship by the next business day. There are multiple shipping options available to choose from at checkout. All available rates will be shown.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.


Shipping options

We offer multiple shipping speeds and carriers to choose from at checkout. We ship from San Diego, CA. Packages are processed within 1 business day, and scanned in with the selected carrier to start moving either the same day or the following day.  

Shipping Delays

We guarantee we will get your order out within 1 business day, however, once it is dropped off at the shipper, we are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipper. If you paid for express shipping and your order has not arrived in the time it was supposed to, please contact us with your order # and we will help you file a claim with the shipper.

Please note, we do not refund shipping since this is out of our control, but we will do everything we can to file a claim and help make it right.

International shipping

We ship all over the world! We don’t profit anything off shipping- all rates are directly from UPS and USPS based on the weight of your items.

International orders are non-refundable.

We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Most packages arrive in about 7-10 business days (express shipping methods arrive in 3-5 days on average), however, some packages may take longer to arrive. We are not responsible if a package is delayed. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. The value of the package is listed to customs as the subtotal (before discount) and includes shipping costs. Mini Voyager assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Holiday Shipping

Please note: Mini Voyager will still send out orders within 1-2 business days during the holiday rush, however, we aren’t responsible for any delays incurred by carriers during the holidays. If your package is delayed, please contact your chosen carrier for updates.




We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all US orders. We do not do exchanges. International orders are non-returnable.

All items must be in new, undamaged condition with the original packaging, to be eligible for returns. Please note- we do not refund the cost of shipping.

If your item is defective or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

To make a return: contact us for a shipping label. Pack up the items to send back to us. Once we receive the items, we will issue your refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you would like to make changes after placing an order, notify us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. Once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible.
