Shipping policy

Your order will ship in 1-2 business days. There are multiple shipping options available to choose from at checkout. All available rates will be shown. See shipping speed guidelines below.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Holiday Shipping

Please note: Mini Voyager will still send out orders within 1-2 business days during the holiday rush, however, we aren’t responsible for any delays incurred by carriers during the holidays. If your package is delayed, please contact your chosen carrier for updates.


Shipping options

We offer multiple shipping speeds and carriers to choose from at checkout. We ship from San Diego, CA, so shipping time will depend on how far the package is being shipped from here. Packages are processed within 1-2 business days, and scanned in with the selected carrier to start moving the following day. Shipping speeds are calculated from that day.

Unless you select a shipping option that has a guaranteed delivery time (i.e 2nd day air, 3-day shipping, priority mail express, etc.), the shipping speeds listed on the website at checkout are just a general guideline.


International shipping

We ship all over the world! We have done lots of research to find the best options and prices available. We don’t profit anything off shipping- all rates are directly from UPS and USPS based on the weight of your items.

International orders are non-refundable.

We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Most packages arrive in about 7-10 business days (express shipping methods arrive in 3-5 days on average), however, some packages may take longer to arrive. We are not responsible if a package is delayed. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. The value of the package is listed to customs as the subtotal (before discount) and includes shipping costs. Mini Voyager assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
