Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all US orders. We do not do exchanges. International orders are non-returnable once they leave the country. All items must be in new, undamaged condition with the original packaging, to be eligible for returns. Please note- we do not refund the cost of shipping.

If your item is defective or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

To make a return: Pack up the items to send back to us. Once we receive the items, we will issue your refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you would like to make changes after placing an order, notify us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. Once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible.
